Do you offer delivery?
Yes β¨ We offer delivery across the Macarthur region and all surrounding Sydney areas. Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course π€ Pickup is available from Raby, NSW.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all orders. If you require an urgent order, please send us a DM on Instagram or contact us directly and weβll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply for last-minute orders β¨
Do you offer customisations?
Absolutely π€ Every graze can be customised to suit your preferences, dietary requirements, or special occasion wherever possible.
Please include any custom requests in the custom information box at checkout β the more detail, the better!
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes β we offer a range of dietary-friendly options including halal-friendly, vegetarian, and more.
Please include all dietary requirements in the custom instructions box at checkout.
Is there a minimum order for grazing cups?
Yes β a minimum order of 10 grazing cups applies.
Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely β¨ Weβre happy to include a complimentary personalised note with your order. Simply leave your message in the order instructions box at checkout.
How long do the grazing boxes stay fresh?
All boxes are freshly prepared to order and are best enjoyed on the day of pickup or delivery. We recommend keeping your graze refrigerated until approximately 30 minutes before serving for the best experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit card, PayPal, and Afterpay β so you can celebrate now and pay later π€
Bank transfer is also available upon request via invoice.
Can I cancel my order?
As each order is freshly prepared and custom curated, all sales are final and refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
If you need to make changes to your delivery date, time, or address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
In some situations, a re-delivery fee may apply. This can include:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Recipient unavailable or unable to be contacted
- Unsafe or inaccessible delivery location
- No suitable place to leave the order unattended
Examples may include locked gates, apartment access issues, guard dogs, or severe weather conditions.
What happens if an item is unavailable?
Our grazing boxes are thoughtfully curated using seasonal and premium ingredients, therefore some items may vary depending on availability.
If an item is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal quality and value. No two Holy Graze boxes are ever exactly the same β each one is uniquely styled and curated with care β¨
Do you deliver interstate or internationally?
Not at this stage. Holy Graze currently offers local hand-delivery only within Sydney and surrounding areas.
When do you deliver?
We offer delivery Monday through Sunday, subject to availability. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and location, however we will always do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows where possible β¨
